Repeater Build

INTRODUCTION

So, I started playing about 2 weeks ago, even still, I feel I have a pretty good grasp on the game. I started out with the Axe but after I unlocked the Repeaters, I tried using them and found I enjoyed them immensely.

PARTS

Grips

I go with the Captain’s Grip because who doesn’t love attack speed? I’ve always loved playin roles in MMOs because I love helping people out and I try to make up for any lack of skill by being productive in some way. When empowered, this particular grip gives an attack speed buff to your entire team.

Chambers

These are mostly interchangeable. The Full-Bore chamber seems to be the most damaging chamber, especially on larger behemoths. For the smaller ones, the Salvo chamber can compete or out damage the Full-Bore. Great utility from the empowered Full-Bore shot seeing as it will give you a great push backwards to avoid some damage or to gain field advantage.

Prisms

The only prism I’m going to mention is the Searing Prism. Generally the best prism for its damage boost, I haven’t found myself using any other prisms since crafting it. Beforehand, however, I was using the Snowdrift Prism, which has Boreus Sprites that boost damage like any other Boreus weapon.

Mods

For me, personally, I run Lucky Magazine which gives you 2% crit chance for every bullet missing. This pairs well with Full-Bore because I can get those crits for days on an empty magazine. On the lower end, I used Scoped Sights until Mastery 16.

PERKS

Armor&Cells

The armor is fairly standard for a 2 weeker I would say. I started picking up stuff I thought was good and upgraded it all to +10. After getting all the armor together, I realized I had too many Utility slots, but I used these make myself an even better with Medic +6. If you have similar armor/slots, Conduit is a great substitute for Medic as it gives the whole team another attack speed boost after using the lantern’s hold ability. Speaking of lantern, I run the Drask lantern over the other ones because of the tap ability, which gives you 30% damage, and the hold which acts like a Full-Bore blast.

Other than Medic, I would say the rest of the perks are pretty standard for most sets.
