|Introduction|

Hi my name is Salty formally known as Tomato*pun*. Before the new change of leaders I have been advertising my new amino which will now seem to fall as this one is becoming more active with active staff. However Id still like to help lead a Dauntless amino. Ive already encountered some here and they’ve already made me out as a scummy person who d on this amino. Yes I did on this amino and I did because this amino was inactive and I wanted an amino with staff who were inactive; However now that they do have a active staff Id like to help out.

|Credibility|

I have led Fortnite Battle Royale Amino; Led as in i’ve retired from the amino. Ive incased screenshots that backup my claim. You can message me there and I can respond.

|Time|

I am located in Dover, Delaware U.S.A I am available from 5-6 am and 6-12 pm EST.

I am very much available most of the day. I will edit my bio if I am on Hiatus for holidays, Family reasons, and Medical reasons.

|Skills|

I am experienced with advertising and leading aminos. My skills are most on event management and event planning. I also handled sponsors such as clothing and youtube videos to FBR armory amino before I left. However I can also handle member to member encounters. My reputation on FBR amino gave me the nickname of “Ban-Bot” since I was more so the discipline committee member responsible for handling spammers, bully’s, rule/breakers, who broke the rules and didn’t want to listen. But my text messages are mostly taken out of context and can cause problems. Ive made sure to make it more clear and though it may sound sarcastic please forgive me as my first language is Filipino; mostly the Manila Dialect.

|What makes me good for the job?|

Since my schedule is very open I can be active on this amino almost everyday moderating and spectating chats to make sure no rules are broken. My stats for this amino is low as of the moment as I was mostly on my amino taking care of it and interacting with the . I also took leadership classes in high-school; However I do know that does not give me the right to know whats right and whats wrong, it does give me the knowledge to handle the situation professionally

|Equal punishment|

If my friend does get in trouble he is still my friend however he wont get any special treatment as at the end of the day I am responsible to make sure everyone in the amino is equally treated. I would probably handle the situation, then talk with my friend and make sure theres no hard feelings.

| Opinions |

Ive experienced on other aminos talking in most words “shit” about how I lead or curate. However I respect their opinion and like to take their opinions in consideration even if they’re delivered rudely. Since though its delivered rudely they still might give insight on how I can be a better leader.

|Contribution|

Ill be honest really nothing, I tried to organize a new amino for more active staff . However now id like to contribute on this amino by giving ideas to challenges, events, and rules to make sure this community becomes thriving.

|Harassment|

If a member comes to me and tells me about harassment I will first ask them proof and if they give me ample amount of proof I will start a group chat with me, the harraser, and the victim to sort it out. If the situation needs it ill add more staff available and willing to help. Or ask them for a third opinion on the situation before giving out the punishment.
