Q- What is your current engagement level with Dauntless, roughly where are you at in of gear score and quests?

I am currently a level 38, most of my armour and weapons are at plus 10, and I just got trials. I play pretty much everyday.

Q- What is your thoughts in of longevity i.e are you likely to stop playing dauntless once you have completed all quests and defeated every behemoth?

I don't see myself stop playing Dauntless ... unless I get really busy with work. But other than that I find the game highly fun, so I will most likely be playing for a very long time.

Q- If you were a member of a staff chat, how would you approach missing things which were discussed? For example if something was discussed in a staff chat 10-12 hours ago?

I would ask questions, and read the conversation to better understand the discussion that happened.

Q- How would you handle constructive criticism from another staff member?

Very well to be honest. I am generally not someone who gets upset over someone giving advice, and stating their opinion.

Q- How would you treat inactivity among staff- due to busy schedules or lack of community engagement?

I am a leader in a fairly large community. We ask that each staff member has 300 minutes per week. Meaning 45 minutes a day. That isn't asking a lot. When someone is below the requirement they get at least 3 warnings and ask why they are inactive. After three warning they get removed. Staff are required to state if they are going on a hiatus, and state when they will be back. HOWEVER, if the hiatus is a very long time period ... it must be an emergency of some sorts. An active staff team is important to every community. do notice when a staff team isn't active. Which can have a negative impact on the community. When you have an active staff team who are actually putting in the time and work it makes a world of a difference. It may seem harsh to remove the individual from the team, but you are taking on a responsibility, and a commitment. It should be taken seriously in my opinion.

Q- Are you willing to cooperate and work with others as a team while perhaps having to compromise and making informed decisions with mutual agreement and the proper level of discussion?

Of course, teamwork is very important when it comes to running a community. Even if no one likes all your ideas or your input that is just part of the process. Good teamwork, and communication is important in general. This is no different. Furthermore, when you have a staff team that is capable of working together ... you will notice how well things flow, and go together. Things will be done more efficiently.

Q- This aminos engagement is greatly affected by dauntless’ engagement- how would you handle having an inactive community as a staff member?

Promote this community, and the game in various of aminos, and social media. Get creative with events, and get opinions. See what is causing the lack of disinterest. Knowing the within your community can be a big help.

Q- Following that- what if those actions or response also did not re-engage the community?

Keep on pushing forward my friend  . Nothing in life is easy. It takes a lot of hard work and sweat to climb to the top. Even if you fall from the top ... you get back up and keep on trying. Giving up isn't an option.

Q- Do you have time commitments you are comfortable sharing that would eat into the time you could spend moderating?

Work would be the biggest factor, but even then I always find time during work to get on amino. So I don't see commitment, and time really being an issue.

Q- Do you have any past experience being a leader, curator or both on amino? Is this an ongoing role you have on other aminos?

As mentioned in a previous question ... I am a leader in a community with over 17,000 . I have been a leader in YA for almost 2 years now. I have been offered to lead in other communities, but at the time my focus was YA. However, I am ready to help in two different communities.

Q- Do you have any past or current experience leading or working as a team in your daily life outside of social media?

In high school I was the president of Athletic Training. It was fun, but a big responsibility making sure everything ran smoothly. I also have done ton of valunteering which requires teamwork, and communication with others.
