I am in my late/mid teens, and my name is Dantic. I go by he/him pronouns.

☞ Timezone and Availability

My timezone is UTC, and I’m online 25/8. Besides from a few school hours away, I am very active. (the past few days I haven’t been the most active, due to exams.)

☞ Tell us something about yourself

Well, I am an aspiring Cartoonist. Meaning that in my future, I strive to be a comic book illustrator/creator. It has been my dream for a very, very long time. I also am a huge fantasy nerd, and contribute in my school Dungeons & Dragons club.

☞ What skills/abilities do you have that you could bring to a leader or a curator role?

I am extraordinary at resolving problems and/ or helping people come up with a solution to trouble they be in. I am also very very patient and am able to keep my cool, but still be assertive in tough situations.

☞ A leader or curator role requires responsibility and maturity in resolving issues, conflicts or finding solutions to problems. What would you say qualifies you and can you provide examples?

For my age, you could say that I am rather mature compared to most of my peers. Like I stated in the previous question, I find people coming to me first to solve problems that they don’t know how to deal with. I run many different Discords, and I confidently can say that I istrate it well. I make sure that my guidelines are followed and that everyone is very aware of what they are.

☞ What kind of content will you feature and what kind of content will you not feature?

Content that I would feature would be Videos that have ed of their gameplay (with proof that its THEIR video), art (also with proof), Updates on Dauntless, Weapon/ Behemoth Tips & Tricks, PSA’s, and much more! Content I will not feature are ones that do not state any credits/ proof of ownership, irrelevant posts, and inappropriate content.

☞ How would you consider you have already contributed to this community?

I often find myself reminding others of the guidelines and sticking up for other when they’re being harassed by trolls and/or just generally mean people. I am very straight to the rules and have never broken a rule in my entire life. I can have fun, but I take the phrase “safety first, then fun” very seriously.

☞ may come to you concerning issues regarding harassment, or violations of amino rules or conduct. How would you handle the situation?

Well first, I would ask for proof of said harassment and/or violations of the amino rules of conduct. If they are able to provide proof, the member whom is violating the guidelines, will receive a warning. My ideal amount of warnings would be two before getting a strike. If the member cannot provide proof, I would then ask the other if they have been doing said things. If they say no, there is nothing I can do about it, unless I get proof later on. My suggestion would be to block the member or stick around to collect proof.

☞ Being a curator or leader should involve being fair to everyone regardless of your own personal feelings. If a friend is breaking the rules or has a conflict with another member which has been brought to the attention of leaders/curators, would you be prepared to take action and how would you attempt to resolve the issue?

Though they may be my friend, I am a very two sided person, and I can equally see both sides of the situation. Guidelines mean guidelines, and if somebody isn’t willing to follow them, they are not fit to be a member of this community.

☞ You may come across some who will criticise you in a non-constructive way and say they could do a better job. It may even get to the point of harassment and personal attacks. How would you handle this?

I don’t want to seem as if I’m overly sensitive, but I am going to treat it as if it was harassment to any other member. It’s unacceptable and generally very rude/ unkind. I have seen people get strikes because they were talking badly about curators in a non-constructive way.
