I haven't really gotten the chance to read a visual novel in the game, other than on wikia, and I'm curious if there's gameplay going on in the visual novels such as Danganronpa Zero.
Do Danganronpa visual novels have some sort of gameplay going on or just a story?

The only danganronpa novel that had some visuals was danganronpa IF (the background and the cutscene at the end .3.)
So the rest of the story is like a novel itself, written down?
