Been a hot minute since I posted anything, huh? Though I feel it’s fitting I now come back and post some art, considering the release of the new DLC, which I want to do some art for in the future.

I thought it’d be appropriate to redraw a piece I did wayyy back in 2019 of Chalice since she is the main focus of this new DLC, thought this may be a nice Kickstarter to some new DLC related content on my page. This was something I’d been wanting to redraw for quite some time now. I never really liked how it looked originally and even when posting it I felt i could’ve done so much better. So, three years later, I finally decided to pick it back up and improve on it!

For some reason I really liked the little portal Chalice would pop through when you’d switch into her during a battle, I thought it was quite cute and the space design behind it made it look quite cool. The piece in the top left was inspired by Chalices [III] Super. If you don’t know what that looks like:

I was also inspired by both BrightGoats interpretation of her in “CasinoCups”, as well as an old piece of her I did as a commission last year.

The piece on the right was inspired by BrightGoats design, once again, and was also a mix of the Netflix design of her with the little shirt collar. Added some lace as well for a little extra flair.

The bottom two sprites we’re just for fun as I’ve really gotten into drawing in a more cutesy doodly style as of late, thought it would fit with the style of Cuphead itself. Small sprite Chalice is also just really fun to draw and doodle. Very adorable!

Dont know when I’ll next post, but I want to take my time with both DLC art and requests alike. Don’t expect another post too soon.
