as most of the fandom knows, timothy heller spoke out about being SA’d by melanie awhile back. I know im in this amino community and im not sure the type of responses I’ll get. timothy’s recent video spoke to me. I’ve went through SA as well with a close family member, nobody believed me and i lost a whole side of my family because of it. this person got to walk free as if it never happened. I was still very young, very naive. a lot was happening this year and it really did affect me. I felt like i had to grow up a lot faster and ive had issues in my relationships. without getting into too much detail, it really changed me and my life. timothy speaking, in the way it ruined her life in her ion for making music. I have NOT read the other posts that people have been making here. so i’m not really letting my opinion be changed by others. I think it is absolutely awful that a huge part of melanie’s fandom was commenting nonstop ing her on timothy’s other videos BEFORE she talked about it again. the way i see it is, we really don’t know melanie nor timothy. who knows what they were like back then? we can’t always believe everything that we see. i’m not siding with anyone specifically. melanie is very creative and talented in her industry. however, timothy could still be a victim and we don’t really know. from experience, when nobody is on your side it really takes a toll you. the thing is, this person was just so good at convincing people that it didn’t happen that even i started thinking that maybe it wasn’t all that serious. i experienced this years ago and it still hurts to think about it today but overtime having to speak about it i’ve gotten used to it by now. that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t affect me anymore at all. i’m not trying to trauma dump whatsoever BUT how would timothy feel if she did actually get SA’d and everyone was joking about it. it’s not funny. I personally believe in thinking about both sides whether you ire melanie or not. If you’ve read this far, i thank you for reading as it isn’t easy to talk about to people i don’t know at all. if you don’t agree, that’s fine. i understand that everyone has their own view on things and i don’t blame any of you for what you think. have a wonderful day guys, stay safe. I'm on Melanie's side. Not because I ire her, but because Timothy's story doesn't add up, and because Timothy itted to lying about it in the past.
Also, someone who used to moderate a Discord with Timothy spoke out against her and showed evidence that Timothy was making this up about Melanie.
To me, it isn't about who we know, it's about what we know. Mel's story has been consistent since the beginning
i respect your opinion, i used to be solely on melanie’s side but when i saw the video on timothy’s tiktok it made me think about it more. especially with how advanced technology is, it is very possible for things to be photoshopped, etc. im not saying melanie IS a predator to timothy nor IS timothy a victim we really don’t know. you are 100% alright to have your opinion and i respect that. for many people i only posted this for perspective. 🩵

Yeah, I completely understand that perspective as well, especially after Timothy's new video. To me, the update seemed like just a second attempt of trying to build herself up by tearing Melanie down, but I can also understand the need to be sympathetic towards her regardless. I personally believe she's lying, but I'm not going to attack her/make comments to her in case she's not

I really appreciate this take, and it's pretty much exactly where I stand myself. We don't know Melanie, and we don't know Timothy. To dismiss either one and take one exclusive side is doing nobody any favors. And making fun of a potential victim will earn you a block so fast, it's not even funny.
We're a fandom, not a cult. To the people who are treating it like one, grow up.
