At a very young age, Both his mother and father were killed in a plane accident. Leaving him to be raised by his aunt and uncle; Ben and May Parker. During the end of his sophomore year, his class took a field trip to Dr. Conners lab at the empire state university. There, Peter would be bitten by one of the genetically altered spiders that escape its container. Forever rewriting his DNA

Instead of using his powers for good, he decides to use his powers to earn some cash In a westing match. Taking the identity as the Spectacular Spider-Man. After beating crusher Hogan, he learns he can't earn the prize money unless he signs an exclusive contract. Which wasn't a part of the deal. Furious over this, Peter allows an unknown burglar((Later revealed to be Walter Hardy)) to escape with the money.

Since uncle ben never came to give Peter a ride home, Peter decided to instead just walk home. There he learns the horrible truth that his uncle was killed in cold blood, and the burglar stole his car. In rage, Peter dones his spider identity and decides to confront the burglar in revenge. Turns out the man who killed uncle ben was the same man Peter allow to flee from the westing match earlier.

From that day forward; Peter vowed that he will never look in the opposite direction ever again. Now using his Alter Ego to help others in need. He finally understood what uncle ben always told him; With Great Power, comes Great Responsibility.
