A katana with a red blade patterned with bright-red lines of EXS (or Existence) that flow through it; it also has no hand-guard while also having a fairly long pale-yellow hilt with black wrappings. The blade is said to be capable of “rending apart EXS”, basically killing beings such as In-Births, Voids, and even Re-Births, so basically, immortals.

Compared to the rest of the cast lore wise, Hyde is very inexperienced with wielding the Insulator. He has fought battles with basic swordsmanship and even stated that “his body merely moves on his own.”

The power responsible for him being able to access the Insulator itself. It’s said the pure red EXS energy is the purest form of them all, and even possibly having connections to the Voids themselves. With this power, Hyde is able to fight all the battles he was able to fight in.

> INFINITE WORTH EXS: RAGING ROAR

Hyde first stuns the opponent with the dark red EXS energy from the Insulator, leaving them vulnerable to his ultimate move. He then charges up all his strength into one fatal blow, and swings his blade, sending a large energy slash of red EXS energy as the opponent is overwhelmed by it, leaving them fatally wounded or even dead. This move however, leaves Hyde exhausted after using it.

* ~ STORY ~ *

A normal boy who was a victim of chance and circumstance. He was attacked by a Void, creatures he thought were completely rumors. However, he was saved by a young girl named Linne, and survived the Void attack, becoming an In-Birth and awakening the EXS of Darkness, and gaining access to the Insulator. Linne found out that this boy had the power she was searching for all this time.

So Linne began to train Hyde and teach him about the powers of the Hollow Night and EXS (Existence) so that Hyde himself can be prepared for the next Hollow Night, becoming the Unknown Actor. One month later, the Hollow Night arrives but Linne disappears, leaving Hyde all alone once more. He goes out in an attempt to search for her. He was able to find and save Linne from the “Paradox”, and even finding another young girl named Vatista and let her stay with both Linne and himself.

Somewhere around that time, he, his allies, and enemies were transported into the Phantom Field by the mysterious System, along with various other strangers from different worlds. Under the guise of a “Keystone Scramble Tag” tournament, the System began to analyze data from all combatants using Keystones. Eventually, the System gained enough data and attempted to conquer the everyone’s universes, including Hyde’s. It was then he teamed up with the heroes of the other universes and stopped System’s conquest once and for all, liberating their worlds.

Time has ed, and another Hollow Night has begun, only this time Hyde was yet another victim of chance and circumstance. As he was just fresh after a battle, he was exhausted. Just then, a large portal appeared and dragged Hyde in, landing himself into a new and strange world, similar to the System incident. Nonetheless, there is no choice for him but to once again scramble against any future threats he will come across in the future..
