Hello, and welcome to the main world of the Stellaverse (and possibly beyond). If you have received this book, first of all, please cling onto it, and check it often. This mystical guide updates continually and sporadically from time to time with and lore that you may have questions about. As mentioned before, this book is a guide (and dictionary) to terminology used in the various worlds and people that are associated with the Stellaverse, Worlds of the Stars, created by the God of Freedom and the Arts.

✦ ~ 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐈𝐃𝐒
A race of divine beings of mysterious origin, yet have existed for over eons. They exist as the gods of what is known as the Dimensional Hour Plane, with their demigod counterparts being referred to as Fractoids (see the entry for FRACTOIDS). It is said that the first ever Refractoid to ascend to godhood was the founder of the Genesis System organization, Genesis.
These beings, although mostly have humanoid forms, can shapeshift into any form they please. Their bodies are also, susceptible to damage from fellow Refractoids/Fractoids and even mortals. If so, they experience cracks as if they were glass. According to their s, they experience a prolonged stinging sensation that eventually fades away as the cracks repair themselves. However, too much of these cracks from an overload of attacks, fatal blows, etc. can lead to known what is called “shattering” (see the entry for SHATTERING).
✦ ~ 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐈𝐃𝐒
The demigod counterpart to what are known as Refractoids (see the entry for REFRACTOIDS), that have recently ascended as of the latest years. As of now, there are no solid points as to how one ascends to become a Fractoid. Some of these methods however, could be as from gaining the abilities of a long dead Refractoid, forming divine pacts, or even being created by the minds of Refractoids. That, and the strength of their powers are usually more weaker, but there have been some exceptions..
Compared to Refractoids, of the Fractoid species are more akin to humans when they get hurt. Sure they do crack, but they don’t feel the same stinging sensation as their fellow counterparts. Instead, their cracks seep out a certain fluid almost akin to blood. Their bodies are also much more weaker than a Refractoid’s.
✦ ~ 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆
The term used by Refractoids and Fractoids (mostly Refractoids) for when one of their kind dies. When their bodies face an overload of pain, damage and cracks, they will begin to experience the beginning of their death. First, more cracks will begin to appear in a rapidly growing rate as they begin to feel more severe stinging sensations (that is if they are a Refractoid, Fractoids do not feel the same stinging sensation as Refractoids do). Next, “shards” of their body begin to split off from their body as if they’re glass, it begins slowly until they burst into shards, and lose their consciousness for good. Finally, their shards are left to the ground and wind, signaling their death. The Shattering process is permanent, as when a Refractoid/Fractoid dies, they never come back to life.
✦ ~ 𝐅𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐍 (NEW)
A coined term by the Genesis System to gods and mortals that have been corrupted by twisted desires and sided with the ‘starless skies’, the Legion of the Fallen Gods led by the Ancestral Goddess of the Void, Pandora. Both the Genesis System and the Fallen Legion (as well as other rogue Fallen and rogue gods) have been clashing in a never ending war for eons, possibly as far back as when Genesis established the Genesis System.
The Fallen are almost always dangerous, they know no mercy to those who stand in their way. Most of the time, the Fallen always attempt to recruit and ‘break’ their targets into siding with them. Most times, it’s sadly successful as they use methods of physical, psychological and emotional torture.
We do not know why the Fallen are this way, but most of them speak about their eyes being opened towards a “forbidden truth” about a past life. And strangely the Genesis System always attempts to hush them down about it, causing yet another cycle of the war amongst gods. We don’t know when that endless cycle of violence amongst gods will ever end.
✦ ~ 𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒
A simple label that describes Creations who wield magical/supernatural powers in the Stellaverse. Originally coined in a major world the God of Freedom and Arts helped develop, the use of it was eventually spread across the major worlds that are in the Stellaverse. There have been found to have a few or so subtypes of these abilites, E.M.T. and Drives.
✦ ~ 𝐄.𝐌.𝐓. 𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐍 𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐒 (NEW)
Also known as Emotional & Traumatic Driven Arts, it is a defect in a major world known as “Shattered Dreams” due to it recently just receiving its magical potentials after ages of it being stripped away. This Driven Art is common between young children to older teenagers who have/are struggling with unhealed emotional trauma. Abilities usually match their s in this world, but with the struggle of inner demons the potential within cannot decide on a clear path. And so it branches out in order to figure out which ones are best.
EmT Driven Art s, albeit struggling mentally most of the time, are very powerful and potentially dangerous depending on how far they haven’t gone mad yet. Despite the power, there is both a physical and psychological cost. There is a phenomenon known as “EmT Backfire” which ‘decays the body and the mind’, leaving to a slow and painful process until they die.
✦ ~ 𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐒 (NEW)
The earliest form of Abilities and even theorized as a predecessor of E.M.T. Driven Arts. So far these Drives have been only exclusive in the major world known as “Vestige”.
Vestige is said to be the only sole surviving world of the God of Art and Freedom’s ‘Cocoon Era’. As during the Closed Heart Era they were either destroyed or left to be abandoned, thus is the reason why Drives still exist to this day. Unlike Abilites and Driven Arts, Drives are magical and supernatural power at its rawest form. The people of Vestige have adapted to such power, making them some of the Stellaverse’s strongest magical wielding societies.
