In response to the evolving combat landscape and the need for specialized units to maintain the Fatui's dominance within this vast world, the esteemed Doctor of the Fatui Harbingers has initiated Project Umbra. Objective(s)

The primary objectives of Project Umbra are as follows:

1. Develop six specialized Elite Skirmisher units, each harnessing a distinct elemental affinity.

2. Enhance combat effectiveness through elemental synergies and strategic versatility.

3. Create units capable of adapting to diverse combat scenarios and overcoming various adversaries.

4. Maintain utmost secrecy and confidentiality to safeguard the Fatui's technological advantage.

Project Components:

1. Pyrogunner Legionnaire:

  - A formidable red-colored Gunner Legionnaire empowered with Pyro elemental capabilities.

  - Equipped with a heavy chain gun, capable of unleashing devastating barrages of Pyro-infused projectiles.

  - Designed to incinerate enemies and control strategic positions with relentless firepower.

(Doctor's Note: This one is extremely trigger happy, if he so much as spots one singular hair of an enemy. He won't stop shooting until he needs to refresh his ammo belt which will require thirty seconds to even one minute of reloading. He is vulnerable during his reload... Advised to be accompanied by additional Skirmishers that can halt the enemy from rushing the unit.)

2. Dendrochanter Bracer:

  - An earthy-colored Geochanter specialized in harnessing the powers of Dendro.

  - Empowers allies and debuffs enemies through the manipulation of Dendro energy.

  - Enhances team synergy and disrupts enemy formations with strategic Dendro manipulation.

(Doctor's Note: Due to how strategically important the Dendrochanter can be, enemies will try to eliminate him first. I'd suggest deploying with two Skirmishers at all times. The Pyroslinger Bracer and Mirror Maidens can provide deviously impressive results.)

3. Hydro Cicin Mage:

  - A Hydro variant of the Cicin Mage, with a distinct water-like appearance.

  - Controls Hydro Cicins to manipulate water-based attacks and provide tactical to allied units.

  - Utilizes Hydro elemental abilities to drown adversaries and create advantageous battlefield conditions.

4. Electroslinger Bracer:

  - A purple-colored Pyroslinger augmented with Electro-infused projectiles.

  - Fires rounds imbued with the power of thunder, delivering electrifying damage to foes.

  - Combines Pyro and Electro elements to create a devastating synergy of flames and lightning.

5. Cryohammer Vanguard:

  - An icy-colored Vanguard wielding a Cryo-charged hammer of immense power.

(Doctor's Note: This unusual unit has a complex to where they convince themselves that they are undefeatable. Which can be useful or detrimental.)

6. Hydroboxer Vanguard:

  - A waterish-colored Vanguard proficient in hydrokinetic combat techniques.

  - Traps enemies with water-based attacks and cleanses allies of hostile ailments, providing crucial battlefield .

  - Utilizes Hydro elemental abilities to control the flow of battle and turn the tide in favor of the Fatui forces.
