- He DOES have eyelids (otherwise he'd literally go blind)

- He has a pale lanky muscle-toned body

- His body is very scarred with third-degree grotesque burns (along with his face)

- He has hazel eyes but he is almost completely blind in his left

- He has a disturbingly grotesque smile carved into his face from ear to ear that became infected over time

- He has a bacterial flesh-eating disease called Necrotizing Fasciitis around his mouth, mostly around the area of his slit cheeks (causing his back teeth to be bare)

- He was initially apprehensive of what he would become, but after embracing who he was he no longer felt fear of anything else

- He has always viewed other individuals  as being distinct from himself since he is unable to comprehend them, which resulted in him having an emotionally cold and disconnected mind from the external world

- Jeff's father beat him more for being "strange" and "unusual" since he avoided social interactions and kept his distance from the other kids, which prevented him from ever having friends during school

- His murderous ideations started when he had intentionally killed an animal for the very first time. It was the one undeniable thing that made him feel a rush of power and control considering he didn't have control over himself. Soon enough, he became addicted to that rush like a drug. He then started performing "autopsies" on other animals to keep up with the feeling (the smell of rotting animal carcasses being nostalgic)
