Does anyone know the canonical birthday of Jeff The Killer?

I originally reading it was June 2nd but when I was looking back over the wiki tonight, its now saying September 22nd. I need to know so I know if its a good time to start planning my Cosplay Music Video for Jeff The Killer, Or if I can wait until later and start Focusing on the Cosplay Music Video for X-Viruse. I understand that anyone can edit Wikipedia and Jeff's story has had a revamp or 2 along with a few other characters so now I'm not sure if I should start basing my cmvs and cosplay content on the revamped versions of these characters or if I should stick to what I grew up with
