We did a poll on what you wanted our next challenge to be. Thank you to everyone who voted! Your votes helped greatly with deciding our next challenge. So, without further ado, here we go.

!!April Challenge!!

For our challenge this month, we will be doing Creepypasta X Song.

You choose your favourite Creepypasta and a song that makes you think of said character. Then you will write about why said Creepypasta would like the song and how it would make them feel and to make it even more interesting, write a short story of said character listening to the song! I'll give you an example:

Laughing Jack would absolutely love “Boogie Woogie Wu” by Insane Clown Posse because it perfectly mirrors his chaotic, twisted nature. The song is essentially a wicked lullaby sung from the perspective of the Boogeyman himself playful, violent, and darkly comedic. all things Laughing Jack embodies. The way I blends horror with absurdity would resonate with Jack’s own style: he’s a clownish entity who lures children with bright colours and fun… only to reveal the nightmare underneath

Plus, the song’s over-the-top lyrics, creepy carnival vibe, and gleeful take on violence would feel like a soundtrack to Jack’s kills. It’s theatrical, it’s sinister, and it doesn’t take itself too seriously, just like him. He’d probably be humming it as he paints the walls with a new masterpiece in blood.

Short Story:

The room was once cheerful a child’s bedroom, bright with circus posters and rainbow-colored toys. But now, the walls breathed crimson. A jack-in-the-box played its haunting tune in the corner, the crank spinning of its own accord. The only light flickered from a broken lamp, casting shadows that danced like demons.

And in the centre stood Laughing Jack, splattered in blood like a demented painter mid-mural. He tilted his head, eyes wide and shimmering with glee, as his old, warped music box clicked over to a new song.

“Boogie Woogie Wu”crackled to life.The bass hit like a heartbeat. The eerie melody crept in. Jack froze, then a smile tore across his face, wide and jagged.

“Oh yes, this is my jam,” he whispered with delight, twirling a blood-soaked knife between his fingers.

As I’s twisted lyrics kicked in, Jack began to

dance. His lanky limbs moved in sync with the beat jerky, puppet-like, his boots splashing in the mess below. Each time the song mentioned a kill, he acted it out with gleeful exaggeration: stabbing the air, miming snapping a neck, pretending to hide under the bed.

“They pull the axe out your face and say was it the boogy man?” he sang along in a childish falsetto, spinning with arms wide like a grotesque ballerina.He then paused by the toy chest, flinging it open. Inside, a wide-eyed teddy bear stared up at him.

“Aww,” Jack cooed, voice dripping with mock sweetness. “You’re safe. For now.”

With a giggle, he shoved the lid closed and sat on it, bobbing his head to the beat. He pulled a lollipop from his pocket and held it like a microphone, serenading the darkness with his own version of the song, slightly off-key and soaked in madness.

By the time the track ended, Jack stood, hands out like a showman on stage. He bowed deeply, his stitched smile never fading.

“Thank you, Detroit!” he cried to the empty, blood-drenched room. “You’ve been a 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 audience!”

Please keep the songs somewhat appropriate. Swearing and killing is fine. But nothing overly sexual or songs with slurs. I will be checking, and if you have chosen songs against the rules, your post will be deleted and not counted.
