Roleplay request

ello! This amino is sort of dead, but I'm here in hopes of finding a roleplay partner! I'd like to use my oc Rusty, and I'd just like to do a creek adventure type rp, I had a bit of a plot idea which I'll put below, but here's my rp rules and such

My plot idea

Rusty is new to the town of Herkleton, having just transferred foster homes to here he stumbled upon the creek where he meets a friend, this friend and him hang out for the entirety of the summer, rust and this friend become inseparable, the friends parents like Rusty a lot and nearer to the end of summer Rusty finds out he's going to a new home, having no idea that he was infact going to live with his best friend for the rest of his life, his friend didn't even know until Rusty and a social worker showed up at their door, where Rusty's friends parents explained the situation to the two children.
