:black_small_square: Hello there, I go by Pineapple or Pine on Amino

     however you are free to refer to me by any

     name as long as it isn't derogatory or offensive.

  :black_small_square: As of filling this application out, I am currently

     seventeen (17) years of age.

      • What timezone do you live in?

  :black_small_square: I live in England so the timezone changes

      between Greenwich Mean Time and British

      Summer Time at different points within the

      year.

      • Why do you think you are suitable for this role?

  :black_small_square: I personally believe I am suitable for this

      role as I tend to be level-headed within

      stressful situations, I'm good at time

      management and teamwork. I also like to fool

      around but be serious when needed so that

      people feel like I am still a nice, friendly person

      who they can trust and come to if they have

      any issues but at the same time they know

     I won't take any bs from people if the situation

      doesn't fit it.

  :black_small_square: I'm just coming to the end of my first year of

     college and have exams and coursework due

     in in a close proximity of time so I haven't

     been as active as I would've liked to have been.

     However, I am going to be more active in the

     future.

    • Do you have the time to Curate this Amino?

  :black_small_square: I would like to believe I do as I plan to

     become far more active on here than what I

     have been recently.

    • What blogs do you think that should be

       featured? (Be specific)

  :black_small_square: Personally I believe any post that contains

     artistic talent should be featured, this could be

     fanart, cosplay, poems, etc.

    • How cooperative are you?

  :black_small_square: I believe I am pretty cooperative as I am willing

      to listen to advice and criticism. However, if I

      believe something could be done in an

      improved or more efficient way, I will state it

      and argue my points.

    • Do you lead or curate other communities?

  :black_small_square: Unfortunately, not anymore however I used to

      curate on multiple different communities until

      they became too unhealthy and toxic for me to

      be there anymore.

    • Are you creative enough to make challenges

      every month? (Give suggestion)

  :black_small_square: I personally believe I am a pretty creative

    minded person who can create challenges each

     month if that is what is needed on the team.

     Each month would be targeted towards a

     different type of skills, such as drawing, music,

     writing, etc. in a hopes that more people feel

     included and active within the community.

    • What Talents could you contribute to this

        community?

  :black_small_square: I believe that I could bring my creativity and

     oomph to the community. I also believe that my

     friendliness and thoughtfulness can be utilised

     to its maximum level.

    • Have you had any mental or physical health

       issues in the past year? (Be specific)

  :black_small_square: Unfortunately, yes I have and I will continue       

      to do so for the foreseeable future. However,

      I do try to not let these issues take over but

      sometimes I will have periods of increased

      inactivity but I will be sure to let another

      member of the team know if this is the case.

      However, I don't not feel comfortable disclosing

      my health conditions within this application. If

      me and I will talk further about this matter.

1) A member comes to you saying that another member is breaking multiple guidelines with their posts. What will you proceed to do?

  :black_small_square: Firstly, I would ask the member to link me the

     posts which break guidelines. Secondly, once I

     have these links, I would check the posts

    myself to determine if they break guidelines.

     If they did then I would comment on the posts

     at first stating the posts are breaking guidelines.

     If the person didn't resolve the issues on the

     posts, I would disable them and pm the member

     to have a conversation about the guidelines. If

     the person who's posts break guidelines gets

     annoyed or out of control, I would ask a leader

     to assist me as they have more power to deal

     with the situation. If the posts didn't break the

     guidelines, then I would explain that to the

     original member.

2) You are unsure of how to handle a situation with an argumentative member, how do you proceed?

  :black_small_square: To begin with, I would ask them to calm down

      and explain why they're annoyed. If they

      continue to be argumentative then I will at first

      ask for another curator to help me and give me

      advice. If the member still continues to argue

      and escalate the issue/situation then I will ask

      a leader for assistance to hopefully calm and

      help the member.

3) A member comes to you with a vague explanation on a problem that they are having with another member, accusing them of bullying. What steps would you take to see if this accusation is true? How would you handle the situation if the accusation was false?

  :black_small_square: I would ask the member for proof/screenshots

     of instances where they have been bullied by

     the other member. If they have proof, I will pm

     the other member and ask why they are being

     mean to another member and then hopefully

     resolve the issue between the two .

     If the member doesn't have evidence then I will

     state that we need evidence in order to take

     action and that any time they get bulled, they

     flag the messages so that a leader can see

     them. If it turns out that the allegations are false

     then I will ask why the member said they were

     being bullied and then hopefully resolve any

     issues there.
