Hello! Today I decided to make a basic art tutorial for feminine eyes. The steps will include inking and color, but everything can be done with pencil as well!
End result:

Materials:
-pencil
-black pen
-colored pencils

Step 1: Base
Start with the base of the eye, just two or three strokes. The top stroke should be flatter than the bottom one, almost like a ‘C’ with one point dragged up to the side.
Next, make the lines thicker by adding curves. The top and side should be thicker than the bottom, and the place where the top and side meet should point up to stand for the top lashes. Add the bottom lashes. These are thin, curvy triangles, and the triangles nearer to the middle should be larger.
After that, outline the iris. This is just two curved strokes. Start the outline of the eyebrow by drawing a triangle.
Draw over the triangle to make it curvier and smoother at the edges. Add a curve below the eyebrow that marks the double eyelid.

Step 2: Ink
First, outline everything with your black pen.
After waiting for the ink to dry, erase the pencil marks.

Step 3: Brow & Lash Color
To color the brows and lashes, I’m using brown, because Connor’s hair is brown. xD I’m using a lighter brown and a darker brown.
First, outline the lashes and eyebrow with the darker brown. You can simply fill in the bottom lashes with your darker color, since there will not be enough room to squeeze two colors in there.
Second, create some feathery strokes stemming from the lefti side of the eyebrow. Fill in the corners of the top lashes with the darker color. Do not make feathery strokes, but instead smooth ones.
Third, repeat the previous step, except press lighter than before.
After that, fill in the rest of the eyebrow and lash space with the lighter color, including the area where you colored lightly with the darker color.

Step 4: Eye Color
For the iris and pupil, I used four shades of green to match Connor, as well as black and white for blending, etc. I used light grey for the shadows of the sclera. For the shades of green, you can choose to only use one or two shades and press lighter/harder and/or blend the shades with black and white to “create” more shades.
First, outline the pupil, the highlights, and the shadows in the iris as shown below with you darkest shade of color.
Second, color in the outlines (excluding the highlights)with the same color.
Third, just on the pupil, and not the shadows of the iris or the highlights, lightly cover the area with black, because the pupil should be darker than any other area.
Fourth, shade lightly underneath the shadows of the iris with the same color you used to outline, avoiding the highlights.

Fifth, color over this lightly shaded area with your second darkest shade of color, avoiding the highlights(Get the drift? Just constantly avoid the highlights until it is time to color specifically the highlights.).
Sixth, color underneath the blended area with the second darkest shade. Color lightly underneath this area as well.
Seventh, follow this pattern with the two other colors.
Finally, color in the highlights with white, and outline the sclera with light grey to make the shadows.

Now, you’re done! Here is the finished product, with the signature and some basic skin coloring. The skin coloring wasn’t explained because this is an eye tutorial, but I can definitely make a tutorial on that if anyone is interested!
