•Hello and welcome to my Ted talk.•

This week is mental health awareness week. So I'll be posting about body image- in form of a poem. (Blegh, I know.)

I have no ass,

She says looking in the glass,

My nose looks like a beak,

I wonder if I reek?

Do I look good,

Even though I feel like a flat piece of wood?

'Your hair updo looks nice.'

I think that's a lie but I'll keep the advice.

'Baby you're so beautiful. I love you.'

Why? I think I look chunky like stew,

'Pretty name for a pretty gal!'

Nah, not true pal.

I know you're afflicted,

And always conflicted,

But,

SHUT UP!

You're beautiful like a buttercup!

When things are crazy,

Just you're perfect like a daisy,

You shine,

If you were a meal I'd dine.

I know self love is hard to manifest,

But I'm here to help you give it your best.

The team awaits your chats,

Though we don't have any therapy cats. :no_mouth:

Even when you think your hair looks like kelp,

We are always here to help.
