Moonpelt slowly woke from the pain. He felt herbs covering his shoulders. He felt Nightfall's soft fur made him start to slumber..
"Moonpelt.. Wake up!"
Icy woke Moonpelt, he was drowsy and felt like a sloth.
"You fell in the rushing rocks.. Didn't you?"
"Yes.. Yes i did.."
Icy's 4 ears pointed down. Nervous to tell him.
"Your stomach was scraped by a sharp stone. Snowday noticed it before going back her her colony. Luckily she told me how to heal wounds from sharp rocks!"
Moonpelt was confused. But he was happy.
"How's Nightfall?"
The black calico stood. The silver and sapphire bell jingled in the moonlight.
"Well, Sunrise has agreed that we do not talk about Dawnjewel.. So i won't."
"Hmm.. Don't want to hear his name.. It just gives me bad memories.."
Icy ran back into the den! Joy on her face!
"Moonpelt can go out early to visit some of the other colony cats!"
Nightfall smiled as she helped Moonpelt stand again.
"Heh, thank you so much!"
His paws slowly risen from the mossy bed. He could feel them!
"Now now! Don't go patrolling yet! Just visit the cats that saved you!"
Moonpelt was slightly disappointing. But played along.
"Hey Tigerlily!"
He yelled out to the black and red cat.
"Oh Moonpelt! You're alright!"
"Yeah, i'm fine! Hope i can get patrolling soon."
A snowday colored she-cat came up to ask Tigerlily a question.
"Hey Winter!"
The winter Esq she-cat ears perked up. But she smiled and waved her tail.
"W-well okay! Goodbye!"
The day became darker.
He started to become drowsy. Nightfall carried him back to the den.
He curled up. Watching the glowing silver and sapphire bell.
