My eyes bounce from one rock to the next, scanning the large crater around me. The white rocks beneath my feet crouch as I hop across the surface. I look out towards the earth and it takes my breath away. The beautiful greens and blue, along with the white fluff clouds swirling around it. I look back towards the ground and smile. “One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind!” I exclaim hopping down.... onto the surface of the moon.

Hello everyone! Today is a very special day! Today is the day that the rocket launcher from Florida for Neil armstrong and Buzz Aldrin to be the first men on the moon!!! Fifty years ago these two men risked their lives to be the first on the moon!! NASA launched Apollo 11, which is only two after Apollo 9 did a full orbit around the moon, to beat the Soviets (cause everything is a race in America) so that we can be the First Nation on the moon! Yay?
Anyways!
Now on the 20th, this Saturday is the fiftieth anniversary for these two men to land on the moon! Crazy!
