I'm the weird person who only likes chocolate if it has a high cacoa content, so 75-90%
Milk chocolate is way too sweet and white chocolate is straight up nasty. The sweetest chocolate you'll see me eating is semi-sweet, which is the 'dark' chocolate commonly used in baking. Even then, I rarely eat it and prefer the super dark stuff
