✱ ━   We are now officially accepting applications for both Curators and Welcomers for BLA!

After our soft refresh and a few minor changes to staffing, we will now be looking into expanding our staff team. For now, we are looking for curators and welcomers only, staff that do not require a promotion will be looked into later during the Guilds update.

         ⤫ For BLA, we have specific staff roles to spread out our staff team and fairly share their free time amongst tasks. Whilst you do represent the community as a curator, you are often the first form of or interaction moderation-wise that general will receive, no matter which role you have taken on.

When promoted to the role of curator, you will have the ability to...

    ﹛ Disable a post or Public Chat

    ﹛ Delete a comment or chat thread

    ﹛ Add, move, or remove posts on the Front Page

    ﹛ Add, move, or remove posts in Topic Categories

    ﹛ Approve Wiki submissions

         ⤫ As mentioned, despite having the ability to perform these moderation actions, we still have specific roles that curators will be tasked to take on.          ⤫ You are the 'first face' most people will interact with, in of moderation, for the community. Meaning that: you need to be friendly, approachable and generally active in checking the new tab.

         ⤫ We require you to be active ONCE EVERY THREE OR SO DAYS.

This can be for a couple of minutes only as well, you do not have to hover for hours on the app itself. Just enough time to copy/paste a message!

         ⤫ Whilst we do not promote welcomers to a role that allows them to moderate profiles, we do ask that welcomers report potentially harmful icons, descriptions or names directly to staff before welcoming them. This is your only 'moderation' task, anything else is up to you!
