For me laziness and arrogance were pretty darn close, but I ended up choosing arrogance. I tend to dislike the characters who think way too much of themselves.
I just don't like characters who either don't have any flaws or have flaws that aren't portrayed as being flaws (although sometimes it does depend, like I love Newt Scamander, even though he doesn't really have sny obvious flaws), and I don't like characters who are both just terrible people and are useless and have no point in the story.
