And I want to have a good look at it

The world is big,

And I know that I can't step foot

In every single place on earth

That captivates my heart and soul,

I know well enough my limits,

But still, I would do everything

To be able to go visit

The wonders this earth can provide,

To visit towns that hadn't aged

In the last century or so,

To tour the mountains and cities

That lived together peacefully,

The world is big,

So travelling once won't cut it,

I should at least travel once a year

So I could see most everything,

And it won't stop my wanderlust,

This fallible weakness of mine,

Of being afraid to go out

And dive right in, into the light,

I'll try, for the winds are calling,

They are all whispering my name,

Beckoning me to come find it

Across the mountains and the sea,

The world is big,

And it can hide many secrets,

Secrets I wish to uncover

As I traverse the sea and sky,

I won't give up, just won't give in,

I will set foot in every land

And conquer every inch of sea,

Just to have a good look of earth,

I will not remain idling here,

For I shall go and venture forth,

And I will do right before

The sun sets and the evening rise.
