make sure you sleep enough
sleep is important. rest little one for dreams are ready to expand your horizons , vistas , views on many different possibilities. i know it's hard. to just simply close those eyes. i get that bad thoughts sleeps next to you in a lonely bed. that your mother it. but it smothers you back. basking you in with the dark that looms in the corner of your bedroom. but hey hey hey listen to me. don't you dare say it's okay to it. don't wait till in consumes you whole. here i have an idea. have a warm bath with so many bubbles that it makes you feel like a kid again. and just lay it in. think how great tomorrow is going to be because you are going to wake up. having a warm bath makes you tired as you pool and promotes an urge to sleep. just don't fall asleep in the bath okay ?

if you want to cry that's okay
crying is healthy. it helps to release negative. i always feel better after crying. so cry. sob your eyes out over those bad thoughts or the suppression of a lost loved one. it's okay. it really is. my mother always tells me that you should do it once in a while to purge all those built up emotions. but what she also said is not to stay in that headspace and not to over do it. or you will just make yourself even worst. i know you find it easier to suppress these burdensome thoughts , feelings , emotions. it may seem that you don't want to cope with them at the time but this is really unhealthy. and i don't want that for you. none of us do. so here is a tip. write it all down. anywhere you want. maybe in a diary you have had for years or just lonesome stray piece of paper. it will help you. i promise

today is just today and tomorrow will be a different day
just know whatever happens to today is just a bump in the road and it doesn't mean that it will happen tomorrow. it's a new day from the time you wake up till you go to sleep. it's your decision on what you do ! . if you want to commit arson then go ahead ( but I won't advise you do that ). if you want to go on hike for ten hours in the countryside then ahead. trust me it really is your own decision. you are absolutely in control of your own life. so you decide on what you are going to do. and we will all have you in our thoughts with whatever you do. let's fucking go to space in our homemade spaceship that hardly lifts off the ground. or we can go herd sheep in a farmer's field. but don't think about today. think about to tomorrow and all the fun you will have. because being alive is fun.
