Thought you were friendly

But how deeply wrong was I

I don’t want you near me

You made me close myself

I want you to cease forever

I want you to hide yourself

There were times I looked at you

But you made me feel so different

And I wanted you all of my life

But now I want you to be absent

I have come so far through my path

I’ve been seeking for answer you kept

You tried to make me a quiet castle

You tried for me to feel I was trapped

You left me with doubts about me

I started feeling torn and uncertain

But now you hold nothing to me

I won’t hide behind the curtain

Please, don’t lend me your power

It has proven to be a mistake

I just want you to hide yourself

And leave my head for God’s sake
