Hello again, thanks for stopping by! I recently regained my motivation to read, though I don't necessarily want to buy books and I can't get a library card at the moment due to personal circumstances. I don't mind fanfiction (other than smut, which I will not read), so I ed Wattpad and have started on a story about the Marauders (Harry Potter Universe spinoff/prequel).
I just have one question, which is, what do you all think of Wattpad? So far I don't mind it, as there is a vast array of reading material and the ads seem to be minimal. Though I'm sure others have their own opinions on the app, which I'd love to hear! If you don't like it, please explain why. If you do, please give a few SFW recommendations! Thank you all in advance and I can't wait to read what you have to say!

I used to be a big wattpad person, but since they introduced paid stories and adds I haven't been on it much (if at all)
Personally for fanfiction I use AO3. I like it better for soooo many reason but the best is the filter function. Writers properly tag everything on there (which I find they don't on Wattpad) and so you can filter out the things you don't want to read and can search for the exact story you want to read.

Wattpad is a good app to read on when you can’t get books! It has so many options and overall pretty great! I have a way to avoid some of the adds if your interested!

I loveeeee Wattpad bc it makes me soo happy, more happy then what any other books do. I read fanfiction so I get to read about my comfort characters and I always find myself smiling ether at them or like the way the author wrote it/them and the comments!! I love reading comments and interacting with people who like the same thing we’re like a little community of crazy’s. By that I mean I read Gotham series fanfics about Jerome, also Titans series! I would recommend probably knight wolf and little Robin. But any under those categories! Also cyberpunk stuff is cool. This is just my preference tho
