Theory of the Week

Ok so I am doing the theory for this week and when thinking about which one to do, I thought that some of them where too easy to discuss. For example “Who is the traitor?” and “Is Dabi a Todoroki?” but I decided to talk about the manga theory about the origin of quirks. This will obviously have minor spoilers about something in the manga so be warned.

In chapter 158 there is a virus carried by mice. The manga says there is no evidence for this in canon theory but that's why I thought I would talk about it.

Disease spread by mice it's possible take a look at the plague as an example. Now super human powers weren't always a thing and people are born with them through genes it is possible to get a disease from a parent. It’s definitely an evolution of the body as well ,since 80% of the population now has it. The only problem with this theory is how people can get different quirks but I can prove for that as well.

It is possible for a disease to grow and differ from person to person. Like on how all medicines for cancer don't always work mutations are also possible as well. One problem is usually when you say disease you imagine something bad that does damage to you, but quirks aren't like that sure they can cause damage but it's possible to adapt to them. Also a question some might have for this theory is how do the mice even get this ability. For the plague it was the ticks that caused it so it's completely possible that something like that is for quirks, even quirks merging is possible.

Now what about quirks that change your physical appearance well I believe it's something similar to leprosy. Also how can the quirks be so powerful ranging from being able to float objects, to you slowly to the ability to make your body paper thin? All quirks have a biological reason for why that person can do what they do. Like on how you don't have to think when you do a simple task it's so familiar that it is second nature the human body has the ability to adapt, so humans in the world of my hero have adapted to having these strange powers it is how when someone gets hit even if there power has no defense they can still go on for a while before being defeated. Let's take a look at Ururaka vs. Bakugo, he wasn't holding back too much and she didn't fall right away this proves that ever since the first generations of quirk s humans have adapted. Now, there are still parts to this that I don't think I have explained but this is the most I can do with the knowledge I have. Feel free to leave your thoughts down below and for me I think that this is true what do you think.

Dark Shadow

Dark Shadow is a sentiment being created from the shadows. He's dark purple in color with glowing yellow eyes and sharp claws.

The quirk is stronger with less light, and certainly intense emotions such as regret or anger.

However, the stronger the emotions, the more difficult it is to control Dark Shadow.

Tips for character design

Hello !!

I’m here to give you some tips on how to design your characters/ocs ! Let’s get into it shall we ~

One of the first things is being aware of your character’s personality when deg their clothes , will their personality effect them ? If you have an uptight character they probably won’t wear certain things like baggy pants etc.

Also keep in mind the function of the clothes ! ( ex when you’re deg hero suits ) Ask yourself if the clothes will be a hastle or if they actually need accessories or not .Stick to a color palette when deg your character ! Too many colors can be blinding or confusing . Try to stay with around 3 main colors . (( and try not to overuse pastels and saturated colors ))

Drawing Tutorial

Hey there everyone, here's a tutorial on how to draw Tsuyu's hair!

Step 1: Start by drawing the middle part of Tsuyu's hair, it's just 3 little spikes centered on her head

Step 2: now start a long stroke on the right side of her face that goes down to about her shoulder and make it a spike, then and another spike

Then start from a bit from the top of her head and add another shorter spike about where her neck is

Step 3: Now do the same on the other side but don't add the shorter spike

Step 4: Now add a stroke going from where the other stroke on top of her head is that goes down to about her waist and curve it back up and around, making kind of a pointed egg shape
