Usage
The Yharnam Stone has no known usage aside from a trophy of our achievement of killing the Pthumerian Queen and completing the Pthumerian Chalice dungeons.
Location
The Yharnam Stone drops from Queen Yharnam after defeating her in the Great Pthumeru Ihyll Chalice.
Information
The Yharnam Stone is a key item, it stays in your inventory even after advancing to NG+.
