Usage
Use this item to allow yourself to view things up close, using it again will return your view to normal, pressing the circle button does not cancel it.
Location
To locate the Monocular you must make your way to the Cathedral Ward lamp.
From Oedon Chapel go out the left door in this building, notice a Church Servant walking down a narrow staircase to the right, head up the staircase then turn left down the large staircase where the Chapel Giant is patrolling.
Once at the bottom you will be greeted by a Brick Troll around some Carrion Crows and another Brick Troll heading toward you, if you head directly forward past the stationary brick troll you will find the Monocular behind a broken carriage.
Information
The Monocular allows the player to aim freely with a reticle in the middle of their screen, this allows for more accurate use of items and weapons, such as Simon's Bowblade.
Whilst using the Monocular, the player moves slowly and is put in a "locked on" state, allowing for dashes to be performed.
The Monocular can also be used to see some subtle things you normally wouldn't notice, such as the Plain Doll's finger in the Old Abandoned Workshop.
