Curator Application take 2

Hey! so here we are again with me trying my hand at this. hopefully i don’t mess it up!

1.Start off by telling us some basic info (Name/Nickname that you go by, age and country of residence)

my names kaylie but on here i go by kayls. i’m 15 and i live in the us

2. What times can you be active?

i can be active from 6:45-7:45 am and 2:45-7:00 EST and anytime after maybe 8 or 9

3. Tell us a bit about yourself.

i’ve been on the amino for a little while now and i’m trying to become active again after a bit of a hiatus and i was a curator in the past but got my title taken away because my schedule caused me to not be as active. i am a pretty strong willed person but i’m willing to listen to others ideas.

4. What do you know about the job?

i know that a curator has to be a reliable and unbiased person especially when it comes to solving issues in the community. it also calls for creativity when coming up with posts or how to resolve a situation.

5. Why do you want to become a curator, and why should we hire you?

i want to become a curator because of course i would like to have my former total back but also because i feel that i am better suited now to be able to help the community instead of having a title and not working for it. i am also on a better schedule now that i am done with athletics and almost done with this school year. i should be hired because i have previously had the position and i know what it takes to be a proper curator.

6. What are some of your strengths/weaknesses?

i like to think i am a really creative person and that i am honest and truthful. i also think that i can work individually as well as in a group. i am kinda stubborn sometimes though and that can cause me to butt heads with people.

7.Scenario: A messages you regarding some harrassment they're facing. He has a link to the alleged aggressor, and a screenshot of evidence. Explain your course of action afterwards.

i would talk yo said aggressor and try to see if they would tell any bit of the truth to the story that i get from the screenshots. if it seems they are lying i would ask a leader to remove the persons under certain circumstances or come up with a more just punishment.

8. Lastly, anything else you'd want to add to your application?

honestly if i don’t get the position i won’t be upset. i just thought it would be worth it to try again and see what will happen so with that i hope you pick me! Bye!
