Sinds it is starting to freeze in the night we disided to put the kids inside. They loose a lot of room, but trade it for warmth and savety, and they dont realy seem to mind.
We can also ceep a closer eye on them this way. During autem we put wind proofing around the aviary to ceep them warm, but this makes it hard to see them, and trus hard to spot if something is wrong. Im releaved to be able to see them again.
I am aware this cage isnt ideal, but itl only be until it stops freezing at night, and honestly? Their not protesting.
Anny tips on how to upgrade it for them are welcome though
