Does Anybodys Else Bird Do This?

So I’ve had my bird now for a few weeks and has definitely opened up since day 1

I noticed a few things though that my bird does

1. Whenever I am on the phone taking with someone my bird always makes a bunch of noise I don’t know if he does this because he wants attention or what

2. So I bring my bird to work with me ( I work with my dad so he allows it) I feel like depending on the place my bird has a different personality

He seems to be more to himself at home and when I am at the office he wants attention is this normal?

3. My bird also paces back and forth a lot 🤷‍♀

That’s about it… I don’t know if those questions/ concerns sound dumb I’m just new to owning a bird so I don’t know what to do, especially when I am on the phone and he just makes a racket whenever I talk 🤷‍♀
