At the young age of 13, Billie Eilish gained the attention of many on SoundCloud from her single, Ocean Eyes, released on November 18, 2016, and was written and produced by her brother Finneas O’Connell. The attention Ocean Eyes received was enough for Billie Eilish to be quickly signed to Interscope Records.

Approximately a year later, and Billie Eilish’s and Finneas’ first project, dont smile at me, was officially released on August 11, 2017. However, the project was later re-released to feature a ninth track. Over a year later after its release, dont smile at me eventually reached #14 on Billboard charts.

BILLIE EILISH - A DEBUT HIT

On March 29, 2019, roughly two years later, Billie Eilish’s debut album, WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?, was officially released. This album was very quickly praised by the public, sky rocketing it to #1 on Billboard charts.

BILLIE EILISH - RAINING SUCCESS

On February 26, 2021 Billie Eilish’s Apple TV documentary, The World’s a Little Blurry, was officially released. This documentary featured the making of WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?, as well as a glimpse into the young artists life. The documentary allowed Billie Eilish to be vulnerable with her audience, showing the struggles she went through with fame at an early age, as well as battling depression through it all.

Billie Eilish won the categories Best Song Written For Visual Media (No Time To Die [From No Time To Die]), and Record Of The Year (Everything I Wanted).

In addition to another successful year for Billie Eilish, she officially released her book, Billie Eilish, on May 11, 2021. Billie Eilish the book features a series of photographs with small captions, written by Billie Eilish. These photographs display Billie Eilish growing up, before and after fame.

BILLIE EILISH - ANOTHER ALBUM

On May 21, 2021, Happier Than Ever, The World Tour, was announced. Billie Eilish later states in an interview that not a single date of her wild tour was missed.

On July 30, 2021, Billie Eilish’s second studio album, Happier Than Ever was officially released. Happier Than Ever features a total of 16 songs, running for about 56 minutes. Reaching Billboard charts, Happier Than Ever because Billie Eilish’s second number one album in multiple countries.

Following the success of Happier Than Ever, Billie Eilish released a Disney+ exclusive concert experience film, Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles, on September 3, 2021.

BILLIE EILISH - AN OSCAR

Known to be the youngest 2 time Oscar winning artist, Billie Eilish received her first Oscar Award at the 94th Academy Awards. Billie Eilish and Finneas won the category Best Original Song (No Time To Die [from No Time To Die]).

Following the success of Happier Than Ever, Billie Eilish was nominated for 7 categories at the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards. This included Best Musical Film (Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter to Los Angeles), Best Music Video (Happier Than Ever), Best Pop Vocal Album (Happier Than Ever), Best Pop Solo Performance (Happier Than Ever), Song Of The Year (Happier Than Ever), Album Of The Year (Happier Than Ever), and Record Of The Year (Happier Than Ever). BILLIE EILISH - A GOOD YEAR

The following year was supposed to be a year off for Billie Eilish’s career. Although it was a pretty calm year for Billie, she did appear in various occasions.

For one, Billie Eilish made her acting debut on an Amazon Prime Video series, Swarm. She appeared in Episode 4, playing the character Eva. The series was released on March 17, 2023.

In addition, she also collaborated with Labrinth to release Never Felt So Alone on April 7, 2023. Although she is not explicitly credited on the song, Billie Eilish features in Labrinth’s music video for the single.

Later that year, Billie Eilish and Finneas worked together again to create a new original song for the Barbie film. What Was I Made For? was officially released on July 13, 2023.

BILLIE EILISH - A WIN IN OUR HEARTS

After such an incredible year for Billie Eilish, she was nominated at the 67th Annual GRAMMY Awards for the categories of Best Dance Pop Recording (L’AMOUR DE MA VIE [OVER NOW EXTENDED EDIT]), Best Pop Vocal Album (HIT ME HARD AND SOFT), Best Pop Duo/Group Performance (Guess), Best Pop Solo Performance (BIRDS OF A FEATHER), Song Of The Year (BIRDS OF A FEATHER), Album Of The Year (HIT ME HARD AND SOFT), and Record Of The Year (BIRDS OF A FEATHER). Despite such a successful year, Billie Eilish unfortunately did not win any of the Grammy categories.

On February 6th, 2025, Billie Eilish officially released her new fragrance, Your Turn. The bottle takes on a brand new design.

On March 17th, 2025, Billie Eilish delivered a gorgeous performance of WILDFLOWER at iHeartRadio Music Awards, and went home with the award Album of the Year for HIT ME HARD AND SOFT.
