So I been looking on apps and pet stores trying to find a 5 gallon tank for meh betta so do you guys know the best apps/store to buy tanks for really cheap possibly around $15 that would be great just i once saw a 2.5 gallon tank selling for $90 online and I'm like :fearful: who would buy it for that much? should I just price match it with Walmart? If you guys can help me find a good place to buy tanks for cheap I would really appreciate it

You're on the right track! Anything in person will save you on shipping. If there's nothing at the local thrift, then a safely arranged meet-up or big-box store sale will get you closer to your budget.
