Preferably ones that won't eat plants since my tanks are planted. If they will clean up uneaten fish food/waste that would be great! And ones I don't have to order haha. Sorry for being so picky. I haven't owned snails in a long time so far so facts on the one you recommend would be awesome, thanks!

Mystery snails! My bettas don’t mind them and they don’t mind the bettas. Also, they don’t eat live plants. All my tanks are planted. And they don’t reproduce like crazy ( you can just remove the egg clutches so they don’t hatch). If you do get them though, I suggest having aquarium tops ( they can escape).

Though most snails don’t really eat algae. Mystery snails will eat uneaten food..but they do require you to feed them mystery snail food.

my favorite are horned nerite snail and some can be very colorful. My ghost shrimp eats the left over food but your betta might eat it but lucky they are like 0.30 cents so it's not a huge investment.

I have never had a problem with nerite snails. I highly recommend them. I have one that is currently 3 years old.

I like Nerites, theyvdo well with my bettas. Just be careful, some bettas won't even allow a snail to share their space.

Most snails won't harm healthy plants. If you don't want them to breed use neuritis. Ramshorn and mystery snails are good, but not as good at cleaning algae, and will breed a lot.

Mystery snails I swear once they start breeding they don’t stop. I have 5 clutches that need to hatch & they had two clutches in ONE DAY.
