I have a heavily live planted heated (80 degree) 10 gallon tank with a single male hmpk betta. Is there any small species of fish I can also put in the tank? I’m staying away from shrimp and snails as I’m using another tank for cherries. Thinking of maybe some type of small fish like a species of tetra for example. If not I’m totally cool with that

10 gal is not recommended size for any fish mates.

I suggest to get either snails or shrimps in there.

Thanks! I’ve heard sometimes a small school of Pygmy corydoras would be okay since they are bottom dwelling but I would mostly be concerned about water parameters. I have my other tank I’m gonna do shrimp in
