Took part of the #BandWChallenge. This one was a bit interesting to take part of, editing wise. I went through several photos, de-saturating them and editing their exposure and contrast settings, before I found one of the photos I enjoyed in it’s black and white version.

My tank has a few scratches on it from a failed attempt to scrape off algae a long time ago, and it sorta adds character to the photo. I tried getting a clear photo with a good contrast between the background and the betta. Making things black and white can make the betta blend into the background of the colors are close enough to each other.
But yeah! I enjoyed how the photo turned out, sorta like one of those old times detective shows that played in black and white. Here’s the original photo before I edited it:
