So the plan for my bettas tank is that this summer when it warms up I'm going to take all the fish out and my 3 large snails. And I'm going to take out the plants aswell and I'm going to take out all the gravel. Drain most of the tank. Then get rid of all the little snails. Do a big clean up. Get a bag of sand or nice gravel. And turn it into a nice planted tank.
To kill all the little snails I'm going to put the gravel out in the hot summer sun on a towel tor dry which will kill them all. I did like them in the beginning and now I'm just tired of having them and they multiply way too fast.
And I dont like keeping them anymore. I checked around and nobody wants these snails so I'm just gonna do this.
I will then sort threw the gravel and save it for later use.
