Since Ren's fins aren't in the best state, here are two pictures I managed to take of his beautiful scales.
The lighting isn't the best in the first picture since his tank is full of Indian almond leaves and silk plants, but my new phone managed to focus right on him. I also added a picture of Ren right before I added the almond leaves, so I hope they still count.
I meant to throw the tennis ball into the water for my dog but I yeeted my phone into the water instead. RIP I only had that phone for almost 4 months, and I had to pay out of pocket for this one
