Hello, Hello, Im going to try this out cause I love to come up with challenges to push people's creativity. Since I'm trying to become an artist somewhere in my future life. - What is the role the co-leader plays in a group?

~• A co-leader plays the role when a leader is absent or away can lead a group of people with confidence. A co- leader also helps come up with ideas and can learn quickly. A co- leader can also learn from the mistakes they make and fix it. They also listen to what others have to say and maybe learn something new from the .•~

- What is expected when you are a co-leader?

~• I would love to come up with new challenges for the team and would love to improve my art along with it. I would also love to learn and put my skills to use. I will listen to what others have to say and would love to hear ideas from other people. I love to learn and if I make a mistake, I will learn from it. •~

- Do you have what it takes to be a co-leader?

~• I never really got experience with being co- leader, when I'm in school I always take charge in the group because the leader of the group would sometimes not be very good or very nervous to lead. I was always a very creative person and also was always listening to what others would say. I have never failed an art project or any assignment an high school with a group. So I'm going to say a confident yes, that I think I have what it takes to be co- leader. •~

- Are you capable to help lead the group when the leader is absent?

~• Yes, I love to always help out and always willing to lend a hand or fin when I can.
