Is this an Ok setup?

I had to make a quick set up in a spare 3 gallon I had since my betta, Hannibal, was needing a fresh start(his 10 gallon wasn’t working well, as it was getting dirty with a filter. Id have to clean it completely every 3 days for the last 4 months, and I feel it is stressful for him. Until the issue is fixed, I’m putting him in this tank here. I will be adding sand, as well as live plants :seedling:
