Simmer is EXTREMELY hyper. I would say this is a good thing but he is loosing his marbles!!!

It’s normally fine I had a Betta who loved swimming around the tank super fast an he was fine, and depending on tank size u might want to upgrade 5 gal lightly planted is normally good
It’s a temporary tank soon he’s getting a 20 gallon
I don’t know, depends on the circumstances. My betta’s just hyper in general :joy:

Is your tank small? Small tanks can extreamly stress them out.

He'll be alright in the 2 gallon until you can raise money for a bigger tank. It's much better then a .5 gallon tank

If they arent usually hyper, i would be concerned. Look for glass surfing, quick jerky movements, jumping, rubbing on things, and quick breathing
