Hey, I haven’t been on in a while but me and Lilac are good, anyway my heater every time I plug it in it shows hh, I thought that meant over heated so I did a full clean because I needed to and to lower the water temp. After that it was fine after a while. But this morning it said hh again, I felt the water and it feels normal? I read the s manual but it says nothing about hh? I’m confused I’m currently using a different heater for now. But does anyone know the problem?

A lot of amazon reviews for the hygger submersible heaters say that the heater is malfunctioning when it says hh but not overheated. I recommend returning it or getting a refund for it
