This is a tetra 50 W 2 to 10 gallon preset 78°F heater. I read the reviews, and it said that it works great for a little while and then it overheats and kills your fish. I’m a little afraid to buy it. Does anyone have any thoughts?

I have the heater, I’ve had it for a little less than a month and it’s better than my 35$ heater I have for my 10 gal
Do you ride horses? :joy: cuz I see a crop
Yes :joy:

Lol
I have seven of them and they work very well. My room is always warm so I didn’t need to size up, but they won’t overheat your tank. I’ve had some of them for over two years and have never had issues. As long as you turn it off and let it cool down before lowering the water level you’ll be good
Yup I agree I have them
I have those heaters and I would recommend the next size up it's not good at heating the whole tank
