It's really cute, I'd say make the line art a different colour then black, dark brown is always good, or you could even use different colours depending on what the line art is (Ex: brown hair=dark brown lineart, Red shirt= Dark red line art) you could also add some small highlights in the hair and eyes to give it a more cute look, and blush on the face could also help with that as well.

That was a pure mistake. I flat color first with bucket, so I had forgotten to make a separate layer.

I don’t add much shading hair, I guess it is just my style.
