Can I stay calm in situations?

:trident: Underneath all my screeches and Rees. I’m a pretty chill and soft person. Normally when an argument breaks out I try my best to calm everyone down. I try to get both sides of the story and help everyone come to an understanding. While dealing with punishments I don’t want to go around beating people with the strike stick...that’s...power hungry and scary. I wish to give out understandable punishments when needed :trident:
