Hey there, my name is Huntress. This month is suicide awareness month and I'm sure you have heard some or have experienced the effects in some way. It's kinda scary. Big words and it can be confusing. I'm making this PSA to help clear some things and help you

So this is something we aren't supposed to talk about, we aren't supposed to talk about suicide right? It's really scary. Everyone has been touched by it in some way, we all know that darkness and that feeling. If you feel or think you need to take your own life please don't. Please stay with us. Somebody loves you, somebody will listen. We love you, no matter what, no matter what you have done. If your scared that's ok, this isn't easy and it's confusing right? Life is scary and sometimes we feel overwhelmed and want to leave but we don't want you to leave. You have so much to live for. I know some of you don't have the best home life or things just aren't going to great but they will get better I promise. No matter what happens you are not alone, you are loved.

Alrighty, so it's hard to know what to do when those feelings come. It doesn't make sense and it's really scary, there's nothing wrong with being scared I promise. If you notice someone else or even yourself acting different please talk to them. For example of someone usually jokes and they stay silent just ask how they are. A little kindness goes a long way and can save a life. Please look out for each other. If you think someone may be having a hard time, tell a trusted adult and get them the help they need. We don't know each other in real life, are just strangers on the Internet, but that doesn't mean we can't care for each other. Check up with your friends, talk to someone. That little bit of kindness can save a life. People today aren't nice any more. The expect everyone to be mean and cold but it doesn't have to be that way.
