( spoilers) did royd and Lloyd get yhwach blood?

I was rereading their background since the anime skipped it and kinda just clicked they had their powers their whole lives since they were born, in fact, with their powers- so did yhwach like do some blood infusion??? Or were they just given the title of Y like M and C were heck it says by the age of 12, they learned they could copy and imitate others, so I just wanted to throw this question out
