Nothingness.

I felt something the moment our eyes met.

I knew this woman wasn't like any creatures I had seen before.

She was different. She intrigued me.

I was born from nothingness in an endless desert,

I could not hear,

I could not feel,

I could not smell,

I could not eat,

All I had were those green eyes of mine.

I was led to believe that nothing existed if this eye couldn't see it..

And that is when I was proved wrong, by this mere individual.

When she smiled, I began to feel something similar to ''sympathy''..

When she cried and refused to feed, I felt ''guilty''.

I was forced into lying to her, to have her eat the slightest acting as if I were under his orders, when in reality I felt ''worry''.

As time went on with its endless cycle, I slowly began to become more like you, humans.. Feelings.. What a disgusting thought.. I will never become weak like those insects..

Once again she proved me wrong..

When I reached my hand out to her, as I knew that my time had finally came.. For me.. To cease existing and to return to this nothingness I came from.. That is when I finally understood what it meant.. To have a ''heart''.. To feel this thing humans call ''love''..

Tsk..

"My time has come..", I faintly stated..

"Are you afraid of me, Woman?"

She simply responded..

"I'm not afraid.."
